Exploring VA Niches: Virtual Event Specialist

When I was away on that homeschooling/business retreat in Destin, FL I met many aspiring virtual assistants including my new best friend Mimi of Your Virtual Services. We were roommates and talked a lot (I’m sure you can tell I’m the quiet type — not!) and during one of our marathon conversations Mimi told me about an interesting VA niche called “Virtual Event Specialist.”

I was like “Wow!” virtual assistants really are everywhere these days. I’ll let the video give you the full scoop on what being an Virtual Event Specialist is all about, but if were you thinking that becoming a VA just means checking email or doing “boring” administrative tasks, your in for a pleasant surprise.
The video was created by VAClassroom, the company that trained my new friend.  Hopefully it will give some of you some ideas about how you can expand your VA offerings to a brand new client bases.

  1. After getting certified as a VES, I realized how important it is for businesses to use virtual events in promoting their services/products.
