    whatever coach out there that is teaching momentum pitching should be fired…torquing your body to the point of being off balance and teaching guys to throw a baseball like a softball player would pitch her ball is rediculous…do some squats, towel drill, work on reaching through the glove and you should be fine…look up paul reddick baseball hes pretty smart about all this stuff, im 20 and joined the 90 mph club and now pitch in the rotation at college…get an education lol

    you can critique this video how you like but everyone who’s played ball long enough knows that everyone’s windup is different. Not everyone is going to pitch comfortably and as effectively the same way.
